1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UNPLUG AI ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Unplug is an AI-powered email production and design platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2Generative AI & Content

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in generating text, layouts, and email designs ("Output"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy: AI may occasionally generate incorrect or misleading information. You are responsible for reviewing all Output before sending or publishing.
  • Ownership: As between you and Unplug, you own the rights to the final emails you create and export, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
  • Similarity: Due to the nature of AI, identical prompts may result in similar outputs for different users.

3Subscriptions & Billing

Billing Cycle

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (Monthly or Yearly).

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

4Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or send spam, phishing content, or fraudulent emails.
  • Create content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass our API limits.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5Disclaimers & Liability

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the designs generated will be compatible with every email client or that your emails will not land in spam folders.

Limitation of Liability: Unplug AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the generated content.

6Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a dashboard notification at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
