Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UNPLUG AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.

2. Founders Club

The first 300 users ("Founders Club") receive:

  • Discounted pricing locked for 5 years from initial subscription date(Applies only to active subscriptions. Price reverts if canceled.)
  • Priority support during business hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST)
  • First access to new feautures

Refund Terms:

  • 14-day refund period for initial subscription
  • No prorated refunds after renewal
  • Chargebacks forfeit Founders Club status permanently

3. Subscriptions

Billing:

  • Recurring charges via Stripe
  • Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial periods

Price Changes:

  • Founders Club rates will not increase for a time period of 5 years since the first subscription
  • Other plans get 30-day notice for changes

Payment Processing:

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By using our service, you agree to Stripe's Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use UNPLUG to:

  • Send spam or illegal content
  • Scrape data against website terms
  • Reverse engineer our systems

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Data misuse or unlawful processing
  • Payment failures (after 3 retries)
  • Chargeback abuse

6. Disclaimers

UNPLUG is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

  • 100% uptime
  • Email deliverability rates
  • Lead accuracy beyond our verification process

7. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data, etc.)
  • Third-party integrations

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. We reserve the right to update the governing law jurisdiction upon formal business registration with 30 days' notice.

9. Service Limitations

  • Fair Use: Excessive API calls/emails may be throttled(See plan limits in your dashboard)
  • We may update/remove features with 30-day notice
  • Scheduled maintenance windows (usually < 2hrs/month) don't count as downtime

10. Changes

We'll notify users of material changes via email 30 days in advance.
