We want you to be completely satisfied with Unplug. If you purchase a subscription and decide it's not the right fit for your workflow, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

2How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team. We generally process requests within 24 hours.

3Processing Timeline

Once approved, the refund is immediately submitted to our payment processor (Stripe).

  • It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

4Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following specific circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee window has expired.
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the AI to generate illegal or abusive content).
  • Partial refunds for 'unused time' on a subscription after the 14-day window.

5Cancellation vs. Refund

Note: Canceling your subscription inside the app prevents future renewals. It does not automatically trigger a refund for previous payments. You must email support to request a refund.
