UNPLUG AI offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Your account email
• Reason for refund request
• Payment transaction details

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via our payment processor (Stripe) and credited back to your original payment method.Refunds are processed by Stripe. Timing may vary based on your bank/card issuer.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made after 14 days of purchase
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Partial refunds for unused portions of subscriptions
• Promotional or discounted purchases marked as "final sale"

5. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but does not automatically generate a refund. You must explicitly request a refund if within the 14-day window.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks
