1. Scope and Applicability
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Unplug AI ("Processor") and the User ("Controller"). It applies to the processing of personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
2. Processing of Data
- Subject Matter: The processing of personal data (names, emails) provided by the Controller for the purpose of generating email campaigns.
- Duration: The duration of the User's subscription to the Service.
3. Security Measures
The Processor shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
4. Sub-processors
The Controller grants general authorization to the Processor to engage sub-processors (e.g., AWS, Vercel, OpenAI, Stripe). The Processor remains fully liable for the performance of these sub-processors.
